All Miniatures are printed to order. 3D printing takes hours to complete and at times prints fail. You will be updated on the processing of your order and notified if any items fail to print to our satisfaction/high standard and that re-printing of any failed prints will/has commenced which will add additional time to your order being processed. We want you to be as happy as we are playing at your table with your miniature.

Printed on Anycubic M3 Max 7K Resin 3D Printer using Anycubic UV sensitive Grey Resin. Washed with 100% Isopropyl Alcohol using an Anycubic Wash and Cure Plus.

Miniatures are printed with supports, supports will be removed prior to shipping but some minor cosmetic marks/blemishes may still be visible. These marks/blemishes should not be visible once the miniature has been primed and painted.

If the miniature is printed in several parts, the miniatures will not be pre-assembled and will be shipped in its separated parts to assist with safe shipping and for assembly by customer.

Images used are renders of the miniature provided by the artist/creator of the design/miniature. The renders shown are required to be used as per the Merchant licence/agreement held for this artist. Render images show the detail of the miniatures with computerised clarity and will differ from a resin printed product.
